J. Michael Kulchak has been in private practice since September 20, 1990. The firm was formed on October 1, 2001. The practice covers a broad base of disciplines:
- Commercial Litigation

- General Business including the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, security matters, personnel and employment concerns and real estate transactions
- Construction Law including reviewing and drafting construction contracts and defense and prosecution of claims for owners, general contractors and subcontractors

- Misdemeanor Criminal Defense
Mr. Kulchak is admitted to practice in Idaho in both state and federal courts, the United States Court of Claims and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
